A team of students from the Precision Agriculture Applied Bachelor’s Degree Program at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic has achieved national-level success by securing two third-place awards at the Agritech Business and Teaching Factory Showcase Competition (ABTSC) 2026, held at the Lampung State Polytechnic from October 25–28, 2026.
The two awards—3rd Place in the Beginner Category and 3rd Place in the Talent Category—were won by two separate groups: the first team consisted of Muhammad Irfan Al Ghifari, Diro Carlino, Muhammad Guntur Stiadi, and Nadia Rabsa, while the second team comprised Alfahri Syazian Habi, Sherin Ziska Anjeli, and Zebila Khorunisa.
When contacted on Wednesday (October 28, 2026), the students' faculty advisor, Mahmudin, M.Si., highlighted their success in competing against participants from various higher education institutions across the country. He noted that the students remain highly motivated to continue innovating and developing their potential to reach even greater achievements.

Furthermore, this success does not mark the end of the journey toward enhancing skills and generating even better innovations; it also serves as an opportunity for students to improve their competencies and strengthen teamwork.
" Developing a superior innovation enables students to remain competitive in various future competitions," he stated.
Meanwhile, one of the award-winning students, Muhammad Irfan Al Ghifari, expressed his gratitude, noting that the entire team was thankful to have secured third place in the ABTSC 2026 competition. He shared that the experience was invaluable—expanding their knowledge, honing their skills, boosting their self-confidence, and helping them identify areas for improvement to achieve even better results in the future.
He added that they hope to see the ABTSC continue to improve in the coming years, encouraging other students to create, excel, and uphold the university's reputation on a national level.
