Implementation of SPI Activities in 2021

Based on assignment letter No. 0599/PL.28/KP/2021 SPI conducts employee discipline audits based on Circular Letter of the Minister of PANRB No.13/2021 related to travel bans and leave for ASN (State Civil Apparatus) out of the area during 18-22 October 2021 during the Maulid Nabi SAW holiday with the exception of maternity leave/sick leave/important leave recently. SPI conducts employee disciplinary audit activities which will be carried out on November 22 to 24, 2021.

Based on assignment letter No. 0607/PL.28/KP/2021 SPI conducts a BMN audit which is one of the work programs of the Polman Babel Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) in 2021. Starting from the fairness of the acquisition value of these assets against the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), proper use of assets, potential PNBP revenue with the currently achieved targets, namely orderly administration of records, legal order, physical order (control). SPI conducts BMN (State-Owned Goods) Audit activities which will be held on November 25 to 30, 2021.

Based on assignment letter No. 0658/PL.28/KP/2021 SPI conducted an audit of the Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) in accordance with the work program of the Polman Babel Internal Control Unit (SPI) in 2021. The implementation of the Goods and Services Procurement Audit (PBJ) was carried out on 6 s/ d December 23, 2021.

Based on assignment letter No. 0663/PL.28/KP/2021 SPI monitors employee discipline based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of PANRB No.26/2021 related to travel bans and leave for ASN (State Civil Apparatus) out of the area for 24 December 2021 to 2 January 2022 in the period Christmas 2021 and New Year's Day 2022 with the exception of maternity leave/sick leave/important leave. SPI conducts employee discipline monitoring activities which will be carried out on 27 December 2021 to 03 January 2022.
