WORK PROGRAM

In achieving the vision and mission of the General Administration and Finance Division, a work plan is arranged as a process of implementing the goals of the work unit in the service of the National Police of Babylon. Strategically determined work program targets are implemented through various annual activities.

The work program of the General Administration and Finance Section is contained in the following descriptions:

  1. The percentage of permanent lecturers with S3 academic qualifications reaches 30%
  2. The percentage of lecturers who have competency/professional certificates recognized by industry and the world of work is 30%
  3. The achievement of the service satisfaction index value reached 3.5
  4. The percentage of budget absorption reached 92.5%
  5. Timely submission of Financial Reports reaches 100%
  6. The percentage of proposed promotions/levels of employees who are on time reaches 100%
  7. The Percentage of Timely BMN Reports reaches 100%
  8. Assessment of Financial Statements at least B . predicate
  9. The average time for completion of financial statement audit findings is a maximum of 1 month
  10. Availability of an integrated, reliable, and up-to-date personnel information system
  11. Availability of Standard Operating and Staffing Procedures
  12. Availability of Standard Operating and Archival Procedures
